3. Nature of the Service

ODR is provided strictly for entertainment and novelty purposes only. The ratings, certificates, and feedback are generated by an automated Artificial Intelligence system. They do not constitute medical, anatomical, scientific, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or consistency of the generated scores.

4. User Content & Consent

By uploading an image to our service, you declare and warrant that:

• You are the sole owner of the image, or you have the explicit, documented consent of the individual depicted in the image.
• The image is uploaded voluntarily.
• Non-consensual uploads (such as revenge porn or unauthorized sharing) are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to report illegal or non-consensual uploads to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• You retain your rights to the image, but grant us a temporary license to process it via our AI providers solely for the purpose of generating your rating. (See our Privacy Policy for details on how quickly images are discarded).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload images of minors (individuals under 18). Any such uploads will be immediately blocked and reported.
• Use the service for harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or spam our rating and payment systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODR and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, the generated ratings, or how you choose to use the certificate (e.g., on dating profiles).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
